Orientacja procesowa w zarządzaniu publicznym łańcuchem dostaw

W artykule podjęto problematykę możliwości wdrożenia orientacji procesowej do zarządzania publicznym łańcuchem dostaw. Wskazano na znaczenie uwarunkowań polityczno-prawnych, wyznaczających system celów i tworzących ramy realizacji zadań publicznych. Pokazano, że istotne znaczenie ma identyfikacja procesów podstawowych i wspomagających oraz koordynacja styków w łańcuchu tworzenia wartości publicznej. Podkreślono wagę wyznaczania jednostek odpowiedzialnych za realizację procesu, zwłaszcza w kontekście mnogości podmiotów, w tym prywatnych, realizujących świadczenia publiczne.

Microrobots and metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have been identified as promising carriers for drug delivery applications. While clinical applications of microrobots are limited by their low drug loading efficiencies and the poor degradability of the materials used for their fabrication, MOFs lack motility and targeted drug delivery capabilities. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot digitālās komunikācijas pašefektivitātes un vajadzības pēc izziņas saistību ar ziņojuma ticamības dimensiju novērtējumu sociālo mediju lietotāju uztverē. Izlases apjoms: 100 respondenti - sievietes (82 %) un vīrieši (18 %). Respondenti vecumā no 18 līdz 66 gadiem (M = 40,39, SD = 13,84). Tika izmantota Spitsberga (2006) veidotā datorizētas komunikācijas kompetences (Computer mediated communication competence; CMC competence) apakšskala par pašefektivitāti (Spitzberg, 2006). Abstract Despite the biologically damaging impacts of solar ultraviolet radiation (UV) in nature, little is known about its natural variability, forcing mechanisms, and long-term effects on ecosystems and organisms. Arctic zooplankton, for example the aquatic keystone genus Daphnia (Crustacea, Cladocera) responds to biologically damaging UV by utilizing photoprotective strategies, including pigmentation. Multipartite viruses have two or more genome segments, and package different segments into different particle types. Although multipartition is thought to have a cost for virus transmission, its benefits are not clear. Recent experimental work has shown that the equilibrium frequency of viral genome segments, the setpoint genome formula (SGF), can be unbalanced and host-species dependent. These observations have reinvigorated the hypothesis that changes in genome-segment frequencies can lead to changes in virus-gene expression that might be adaptive. This PhD work aims to analyse the way French cities seize and implement the Agefriendly Cities approach on their territories. Thanks to seventy semi-guided interviews, a second data analysis and active observation, we studied how thirteen French cities decided to implement the Age-friendly Cities approach.This work of research revolves around ideas about how to combat ageism, about the importance of consulting the inhabitants and of using a cross-disciplinary way of work.
